Kingsize / Awarded Best Event Space, Ahead Americas

KINGSIZE

Kingsize Studios, in east Hollywood, is a recording studio that is part of the larger Gold Diggers Hotel complex. The recording studio occupies an existing bowstring truss warehouse that used to be the home of Ed Wood Studios and a practice studio for many bands in the 60s, 70s and 80s—including Guns & Roses. The brick warehouse has been restored and sub-divided into ten recording studios, an office and and a foyer. Existing brick walls, concrete floors and wood trusses and ceilings have been restored and serve as the backdrop to new modern finishes, lighting and furnishings. | 6,623 SF, 2 stories, Hollywood, CA
