CAVA GRILL
Each location in the expansion of this fast/casual concept into California is given unique touches while keeping with established design principles.

CAVA Grill is a health-driven Mediterranean fast-casual concept originating in Washington, DC. Each Southern California location is uniquely designed, drawing from CAVA’s established material palette while responding to its individual context. The spaces celebrate bold forms, natural materials—such as wood, brick, and steel—and layered graphics brought to life through vivid, expressive color.

Project Size: 2,300—2,500 SF
Project Locations: Venice, CA, Santa Monica, Mission Viejo, Costa Mesa, Pasadena, Century City and Encinitas.

Unique forms, natural materials, graphics and vivid colors form the basis of each location.
